This role is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing our fleet to ensure safe and efficient operations. Candidates must be flexible, dependable, and committed to high-quality workmanship.

Shift Availability:

• AM Shift
• Swing Shift
• Must be available to work weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Mechanic:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on fleet vehicles
• Inspect vehicles to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
• Complete preventative maintenance services
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Requirements of a Fleet Mechanic:

• 5–10 years of mechanic experience required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work on a variety of vehicle types
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
