As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Fleet Safety & Compliance Manager to lead our safety initiatives in Las Vegas, NV. This role is vital to ensuring our fleet operates under the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safety Policy Leadership: Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies that align with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct regular audits and safety assessments to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Training & Development: Lead safety training programs focused on accident prevention, compliance, and industry best practices.
• Incident Response: Investigate safety incidents, determine root causes, and implement preventive strategies.
• Fleet Oversight: Monitor daily transportation operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze safety data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with drivers, operations staff, and leadership to promote a culture of safety and accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in transportation safety, fleet management, or risk mitigation
• Strong understanding of OSHA, FMCSA, and FTA regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to safety and compliance
• Experience with fleet management software (e.g., Fleetio) is a plus
