Your Role:As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in growing zTrip’s fleet operations. You’ll identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships with corporate and institutional clients, and support targeted sales and marketing efforts to boost brand visibility and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new fleet sales opportunities to increase market share
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses, government agencies, and community organizations
• Conduct market research to guide sales strategies and uncover emerging trends
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals
• Collaborate with internal teams on promotional campaigns and outreach efforts
• Represent zTrip at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions
• Monitor and report on sales performance and progress

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Proven track record in lead generation, deal closure, and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and adapt plans effectively
• Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for growth
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with interpreting market data
• Experience in transportation, fleet services, or logistics is a plus
